A regular Italian international these days, Vincenzo Iaquinta had somewhat humbler beginnings working his way up through the Italian lower leagues before making his name in seven years with Udinese, scoring 58 goals in 176 games.
Still only 27 and approaching his peak, Iaquinta has been given his shot at the big leagues with an 11 million EURO move to newly promoted Juventus who are aiming to quickly wipe away the memory of their ignominious demotion to Serie B for last season.
